By accessing or using the Altus website, mobile application, or any of our educational services ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the enrolled course for the duration specified on the program page. Lifetime access programs allow access as long as the course remains on our platform.
Program Content
Course content including videos, reading materials, assignments, projects, and assessments are made available for your personal learning only. Content may be updated, revised, or removed at our discretion to maintain quality and relevance.
Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting all program requirements including minimum attendance, assignment submissions, and final assessments. Certificates remain the intellectual property of Altus and are issued solely for educational recognition.
Bootcamps & Live Sessions
Bootcamp seats are limited and confirmed only upon full payment. Live session schedules are subject to change with 48 hours' notice. Recordings of live sessions will be made available within 24 hours for registered students.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all self-paced courses. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund with no questions asked.
Refund requests must be submitted to refunds@altuseducation.in within the guarantee window. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After the 7-day period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Completion of more than 30% of course content may render you ineligible for a refund.
For full details, refer to our Refund Policy page.
